Superheaters:
The S-1000, S-2000 and S-6000 superheaters are designed to superheat water steam or compressed air.
They use external sources of steam/compressed air and electric power to work.
The machines are fitted with a start switch and a thermostat to regulate temperature from 100°C to 300°C.
Their respective heating powers are as follows:
- S-1000: 1000 Watt
- S-2000: 2000 Watt
- S-6000: 6000 Watt
Examples of superheating with the relevant maximum steam flow rates:
Mod. S1000
ΔT up to 50°C with max. 36 kg/h of continuous steam (T incoming steam 180°C)
ΔT up to 100°C with max. 18 kg/h of continuous steam (T incoming steam 130°C)
ΔT up to 130°C with max. 12 kg/h of continuous steam (T incoming steam 100°C)
Mod. S2000
ΔT up to 50°C with max. 72 kg/h of continuous steam (T incoming steam 180°C)
ΔT up to 100°C with max. 36 kg/h of continuous steam (T incoming steam 130°C)
ΔT up to 130°C with max. 24 kg/h of continuous steam (T incoming steam 100°C)
Mod. S6000
ΔT up to 50°C with max. 216 kg/h of continuous steam (T incoming steam 180°C)
ΔT up to 100°C with max. 108 kg/h of continuous steam (T incoming steam 130°C)
ΔT up to 130°C with max. 72 kg/h of continuous steam (T incoming steam 100°C)
